Do not fill in a box address unless you are certain that you can receive the goods.
Courier shipments will be sent by the courier of our preference and may vary depending on availability and destination. All our shipments are by registered post and would have a unique tracking number for each shipment. We would email the customer a link to see the progress of the tracked shipment once we have it.

We do not advocate shipping to APO/AFO addresses as this can cause serious delays in delivery times and would not be held liable should the parcel get lost in transit.

We aim to deliver orders within 28 days. Failing which, we would get our fulfilment centre to do the necessary tracking. If this yields no result, we will reship to the customer at no extra charge.

All exchanges and refunds require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at sales@stdrapidtest.com to obtain a RMA number.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
If customer gives an invalid or erroneous address, there would be no refunds.
